SEC Reporting Manager

Position Overview The SEC Reporting Manager will lead critical aspects of external reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting disclosures, and team development while playing a key role in a growing function expected to add multiple SEC and Accounting Policy professionals. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statements and footnote disclosures Lead, mentor, and develop SEC Reporting professionals Monitor emerging accounting and disclosure requirements and assess reporting impacts Oversee peer benchmarking and public company disclosure analysis Partner with Investor Relations on earnings releases and non-GAAP reporting Manage Workiva reporting processes and XBRL filings Prepare reporting materials for executive leadership and key stakeholders Maintain and enhance SOX controls related to external reporting Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 6-8+ years of public accounting & SEC reporting Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills Why This Opportunity Rare opportunity to help build the reporting function of a newly separated public company Significant visibility with executive leadership and senior finance teams Expected team growth with multiple SEC Reporting and Accounting Policy hires Opportunity to develop leadership experience and mentor a growing team Strong company culture and long-term career growth potential Office relocation planned to the Philadelphia suburbs, creating an exciting new chapter for the organization Dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to 6%, plus an additional 3% company contribution Comprehensive healthcare coverage beginning on day one Four weeks PTO plus additional well-being time Industry-leading parental leave benefits Tuition reimbursement and professional development support This is an outstanding opportunity for a CPA with SEC reporting experience who wants to move beyond maintaining filings and become part of building the future of a public company during a major corporate transformation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
