The ideal candidate will have: Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating tax provisions in: Stock purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements Partnership and joint venture agreements Loan agreements Background in cross-border tax structuring and international tax issues (inbound and outbound) is a strong plus What’s on offer?
