Prep ingredients and set up stations for smooth service. Follow recipes and standards for consistent flavor. Maintain speed without sacrificing quality. Work in a clean, organized, food-safe environment from opening to closing. Stock the kitchen and manage rush demands. Learn new stations and adapt to menu changes. Support teammates whenever needed. Qualifications At least one year of experience washing dishes, using a knife safely, and working in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Active, energetic, and punctual; prefers morning or weekday shifts and keeps evenings free for personal time. Values speed and quality, works well in an organized, clean kitchen. Enjoys feeding people good food and treating guests like neighbors. Team player with integrity, vibrancy, and a willingness to help teammates. Physical Requirements The position requires seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment. Work may take place in a hot, fast-paced environment, sometimes in confined spaces. Reasonable accommodation may be available.
