Lotus is a growing agency who provides services for a variety of ages, modalities, and disabilities across CT. Our focus is to match BCBAs with cases and modalities that support their interests and maintain enjoyment with their position in our company.

As part of our growing agencies, Lotus Family Behavioral Services is currently hiring for a BCBA to provide services for children and youth on the Autism Spectrum in the home setting. A variety of locations per employee preference include the Hartford, Manchester, New Britain, and surrounding areas.
BCBA responsibilities may include conducting FBAs and developmental assessments, writing Behavioral Support Plans, treatment planning, overseeing direct care staff, parent/staff training, attending collaborative meetings, and monitoring data on a weekly basis or as needed. Indirect hours can be completed from home and you make your own schedule for the in person direct hours.
Lotus is a growing Behavioral Company with opportunities for advancement and the option for full-time employment. Salaried positions available for experienced BCBAs.
All families and staff are to wear a mask while staff are within the home.
