Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing who is looking for Assembly workers in Holliston, MA. 

• Shift: 7:40-4pm
• Pay: $21 

Responsibilities: 

• Assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts and components as specified.
• Interpret work documents, bill of materials, and procedures.
• Exhibit and maintain high accuracy and efficiency while producing quality products.
• Accurately conduct product tests and calibrate parts to ensure compliance with tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.
• Repair or refit parts/units that fail tests or tolerance levels as needed.
• Identify and document non-conformities.
• Inspect results to ensure conformance with work documents.

Qualifications:

• 0–1 year assembly experience
• Ability to identify, form, and install various components required
• Knowledge of blueprints/schematics preferred
• Strong communication skills
