Associate Director, Premium Administration

Job Description Reporting to the Director of Premium Administration, this position owns the Premium Audit function end‑to‑end, leads cross‑functional initiatives, and delivers the reporting and analytics infrastructure required for data‑driven decision making. The Associate Director translates strategic direction into operational outcomes, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across audit, projects, and reporting. The Opportunity Responsibilities Own the Premium Audit function end‑to‑end, including audit standards, methodology, scheduling, and quality control. Ensure audit accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of complex audit disputes. Establish and maintain escalation criteria for audit findings and outcomes. Lead cross‑functional stakeholder engagement and proactively escalates risks and dependencies to identify audit defects faster and. Drive automation opportunities to increase audit capabilities, flag variances and create guardrails for premium application and reconciliation. Develop premium calculation tools to assist with client education and partner with L&D to enhance training programs for internal partners.
