Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for Primary Care Physicians in Stockton, California. These are full-time permanent positions offering salary, benefits, and bonus opportunities.We are seeking compassionate and experienced Primary Care Physicians to provide comprehensive primary care to medically complex and aging patients in a clinic-based setting. The physician will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care across home, clinic, and facility-based environments.Position Details:Job Title: Primary Care PhysicianLocations: Stockton, CaliforniaSchedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday; rotating night and weekend callEmployment Type: PermanentSalary: $250,000-$280,000/year + bonus + equityKey Responsibilities:Provide direct medical care including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-upCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plansCoordinate care transitions and discharge planning with hospital and skilled nursing facility staffOversee medical care for patients in nursing homes and during hospital admissionsSupervise and support nurse practitioners and other clinical staffParticipate in 24-hour care planning and rotating call coverageRequirements:Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of an ACGME-accredited residency programBoard certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics (preferred)Active, unrestricted California medical licenseActive DEA and California CDS certificationEligible for Medicare and Medi-Cal provider enrollmentExperience working with medically complex or elderly patient populations preferredBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance17 days of PTO, 12 paid holidays, and additional sick leave401(k) with employer matchCME allowance and paid CME timeEquity grantsMalpractice insurance with tail coverageCareer advancement within a rapidly expanding organization
