Work Environment\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will operate remotely, offering flexibility while contributing to a vital community health clinic. You will enjoy a structured work schedule, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to the unique challenges faced by older adults, identifying both psychological and social factors.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including individual and family therapy, to effectively manage geriatric psychiatric conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing the efficiency of patient data management.
