Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience providing outpatient physical therapy interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, or developmental impairments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document progress, complete treatment notes, charges, and discharge summaries within regulatory and departmental time guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospital outpatient clinic setting.
• Experience in mentorship, clinical instruction, or participation in department performance improvement activities.
• Completion of continuing education units (CEUs) relevant to PTA practice.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: Monday through Thursday 0800-1700.
• Shift hours: Friday 0800-1200.
• Must have active South Carolina license at start of assignment.
