Administrative Clerk

Blue Whale Lending LLC.

Join our dynamic team at Blue Whale Lending LLC, where you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions. This position is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and organise documents, ensuring effective filing and retrieval systems. Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records for transactions. Coordinate communication between departments and with clients, responding to inquiries promptly. Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required. Perform general office duties, including managing supplies and scheduling meetings. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
