What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your area and training, you'll learn how to:

• Receive, sort, inspect, process, and prepare returned merchandise
• Use warehouse equipment, technology, and systems
• Meet quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• Work across different functions as you develop your skills
• Help your team hit daily production goals
• Identify opportunities to work smarter and improve the operation

What the Work Looks Like

This is an active, hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Throughout your shift, you can expect to:

• Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
• Perform repetitive motions, including reaching, bending, lifting, sorting, scanning, and handling merchandise
• Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull merchandise and materials up to 50 lbs.
• Work at a steady pace while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• Work in a warehouse environment where temperatures and activity levels may vary
