Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time day shift position (7AM–7PM) at our skilled nursing facility in the Silverton area of Cincinnati, OH .

Position Overview

As a Day Shift LPN, you will play a key role in providing direct clinical care, supporting resident well-being, and ensuring exceptional standards of nursing practice across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

• Monitor and assess resident condition, reporting changes and documenting care accurately

• Provide wound care, vital signs monitoring, and ongoing clinical support

• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure safe, high-quality resident care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care outcomes

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility standards

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
