Production Assembly Associate – 2nd ShiftStarting Pay: $18.00/Hour, includes shift premium of $2.50

Shift Schedule2nd Shift
- Monday through Thurs
- 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Friday hours: 3pm - 8pm
As a Production Assembly Associate, you'll work with die-cast and purchased components to assemble quality products while supporting a safe and efficient production environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assemble parts according to work instructions and quality standards
- Operate assembly equipment and production tools
- Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support production goals and team objectives
- Adapt to changing priorities and overtime opportunities as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds frequently
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work full-time hours
