Job Summary The Tender position is a physically demanding job that consists of pushing pulling and constantly lifting concrete block weighing an average of 50 lb's. Job Responsibilities Ability to lift 50lb concrete blocks on a repetitive basis. Must be capable of performing job duties such as bending, squatting, stooping, sweeping, and shoveling. Ability to communicate both verbal & written and understand direction. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to climb conveyors and vertical ladders is needed. - Mechanical and repair knowledge needed. Two-handed dexterity needed for the use of tools and equipment. Must be capable of operating a wheeled loader and forklift. Ability and willingness to learn how to execute each operational function as needed; i.e. - operator, cuber, forklift, etc. Ability to maintain and enforce a safe working environment. Performs all other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Electrical, welding and fabricating background a plus Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Forklift experience highly preferred Working Conditions Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors.
