The Buckle, Inc. seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) who will support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, merchandising, and daily operations at our Rapid City location. This role trains Teammates, helps recruit staff, and steps in as Store Manager when needed, while delivering legendary service to guests. The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork across Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Supervisory duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Buckle, Inc.
