Dental Assistant (DA) Full-Time Valparaiso, IN

Dental Arts Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Schedule:

• Monday 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Tuesday 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Wednesday 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Our dedicated team includes:

• One Lead Dentist (experienced)
• One Office Manager
• One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator
• Two PT Registered Dental Hygienist
• One FT EFDA Dental Assistant
• One FT Dental Assistant

Compensation:

• $22 - $26 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)

Requirements:

• X-Ray certification in state of Indiana required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulation
• Computer efficiency- charting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
