Job Description Salary: $46,000-48,000/Year TANF Youth Workforce Connector We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team. As a TANF Youth Workforce Connector, you will be responsible for building relationships with agencies, educational institutions, and community-based organizations to connect participants to available services and to aid individuals who need further assistance. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with agencies, educational institutions, and community-based organizations. Disseminate information about our program to community-based organizations. Provide individualized assessment of work, family and personal development needs and opportunities. Conduct eligibility determination and case management. Conduct intake assessments to create Individual Service Strategies (ISS) to guide customers on their path to employment. Provide referrals to appropriate programs, community service sites or social service agencies when needed. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred. Demonstrated telephone, computer, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining flexibility to meet contract and operational needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Regional travel is required. Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment. Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle required. EEO Statement EDS is an equal opportunity employer.
