Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

to: Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to patients with advanced pulmonary disease in an inpatient setting. Care for patients with Cystic Fibrosis, Pulmonary Hypertension, and pre- and post-lung transplant. Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessment of patients with acute and chronic conditions affecting the respiratory system. Participate in daily rounding and collaborate with attending or consulting team to adjust plants of care. If Nurse Practitioner*: Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. If Physician Assistant*: Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND Active PA board certification.
