Senior Maintenance Supervisor

Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, 2nd shift Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement Salary: $88,773 - $110,966 plus annual target bonus Position Responsibilities Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Production Manager Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, and labor OPEX budget review Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations Develops a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback as a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of related experience or 1-2+ years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6+ years of specific experience and 3+ years of related experience Preferred Education and Experience Master’s Degree Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision coverage Paid Time Off Retirement Benefits Health Screenings Equal Opportunity Employment & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
