Behavioral Intervention Specialist Plans & Training

HeartShare is seeking a Behavioral Intervention Specialist to support Brooklyn residential programs. You will oversee behavioral services, conduct FBAs, and develop Behavior Support Plans and Medication Monitoring Plans to address challenging behaviors. You will train Direct Support Professionals on behavior plans, interventions, and other mental health topics, and implement SCIP-R as needed.
