The Berk Insurance Agency is hiring a sales-driven insurance professional with strong background in insurance sales . This role is focused on production, follow-up, and closing business.

Seeking candidates with current or prior insurance sales experience, preferably with a proven track record in high-level insurance sales.

Must have Sales Background to apply.

Sales for Allstate nsurance, if you have allstate exp this is the job for you and you can be hired in as little as 2 weeks.

You need to be making outbound calls and take inboud sales calls and close.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

Explain complex insurance concepts clearly and concisely.

Present and sell Allstate insurance policies, focusing on life, auto, and home insurance products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Process applications, follow up on leads, and manage client accounts.

Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Make 30+ outbound calls daily

Generate 10+ quotes per day

Follow up on leads and existing customers

Cross-sell and grow current accounts

Make Calls and Sell.

Requirements

Experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role (preferred).

A strong desire to help people and build meaningful relationships.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Comfortable with learning and utilizing sales technology and CRM systems.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.

Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
