Alterations Associate - Willowbrook

Summary Provides professional alterations and garment repair services to customers in a retail store. Works with customers to assess fit and recommend appropriate alterations. Performs sewing, hemming, pressing, and basic garment repairs while ensuring timely turnaround and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform fittings and complete alterations such as hemming, resizing, and repairs. Operate industrial sewing machines and perform hand‑sewing and finishing tasks. Communicate with customers about fit, timing, and order specifications. Maintain accurate alteration tickets, track order status, and keep the workstation organized. Requirements 2+ years of professional tailoring or alterations experience. Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and hand‑sewing techniques. Strong customer service and communication skills.
