Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient individually to identify specific needs and create custom therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional milestones

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care

Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and caregivers on therapy methods to promote sustained progress at home

Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches to ensure patients are achieving their goals

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution

Ongoing education or postgraduate training is encouraged and actively supported

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
