Job TitleMosaic Gardens Memory Care of ChandlerKey Responsibilities• Resident Care & SupportProvide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.Monitor residents' comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.• Health Monitoring & DocumentationMonitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.Report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.• Resident Engagement & ActivitiesQualifications & SkillsCaregiver certification requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious long-term care experience, preferred.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.BenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceDisability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program401(k)Life InsurancePaid Time Off
