THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Senior Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for full-time permanent placements across two Vermont locations: Berlin (05602) and Middlebury (05753). The Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational, clinical, regulatory, and financial oversight of the facility, reporting to senior organisational leadership. This is an in-person, site-based role; remote work is not available. Three openings are available across the two locations.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

Active Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA) License current and in good standing

Previous experience in both an LHNA and Assistant Administrator capacity

Minimum 2 5 years of nursing home / long-term care administrator experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Ideally 10+ years of LHNA experience
