Style Crest is looking for a Warehouse (75%) and Delivery Driver (25%) to work in the Willowbrook area of our Houston, TX location. In this role you will perform warehouse functions (order fulfillment, inventory receipt and management) and customer deliveries while providing amazing customer service. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a medical card as per the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. A mandatory drug test must be passed to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Provide amazing customer service while helping customers (delivery/will call orders).
• Pull orders for customer pick up and assist customers with loading product as required.
• Load and unload products in a safe and efficient manner using the necessary tools, equipment, and skills, lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc. Will involve lifting and moving heavy loads.
• Verify the accuracy of inbound/outbound POs and transfers and receive product into inventory using the appropriate tools and systems.
• Assist in cycle count/inventory management responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment, always!
• Perform all other duties needed to win.
• Drive company vehicle (26-foot box truck) for deliveries to customers.
• Unload customer deliveries at customer premises.
• Collect payment from customers for delivered product when required.
• Keep vehicle clean and practices good housekeeping.
• Complete daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Completes assigned training as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a medical card as per the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

• Basic computer skills.
• Great judgment and decision-making skills to properly handle products efficiently for safe, damage-free deliveries.
• Amazing customer service skills.
• Professional telephone and email skills/communication.
• Committed to continuous learning and career progression.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and move up to 100 lbs.
• Obtain and maintain power equipment certifications (forklift, pallet jack, side loader, etc).
