Maintenance Technician IIWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our operations maintenance team in a high-volume distribution environment. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and improving material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of automated packaging and distribution operations.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, working with automated systems, and contributing to a fast-paced operational environment.ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain material handling equipment to ensure consistent and efficient facility operations.Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment issues in a timely manner.Diagnose and repair mechanical and pneumatic systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize work orders and maintain workflow efficiency.Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines while working on automated equipment and machinery.Required QualificationsProven experience as a maintenance technician working with material handling equipment.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Experience diagnosing and repairing automated equipment.Hands-on experience with pneumatic systems and related components.Ability to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.Ability to read and follow technical manuals, instructions, and maintenance procedures.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or automated production environment.Knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance practices.Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented maintenance environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving automated systems.Why Join Us?When you join our team, you'll work in a modern, automated facility that values technical expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
