As a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail organization, you will be based at the Rittenhouse Branch in Philadelphia, PA. Job Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Proven accountability and customer‑focused mindset. Experience in banking products and retail lending. Strong commercial awareness and ability to assess customer needs. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in leveraging technology for customer engagement. Experience in proactive sales and prospecting. Knowledge of industry regulations, risk management, and compliance. Experience & Education Typically requires an associate’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience—including military service.
