ABOUT THIS HVAC MECHANIC JOB

• Shifts vary within business hours
• Overtime available
• Peak season: roughly 50 hours (expect occasional Saturdays)
• Slow season: optional farm projects available to pick up hours; without them, some weeks won't reach 40
• Paid drive time included; take-home van provided

When you join our heating and cooling company as an HVAC Mechanic, you start your day by jumping in your take‑home van, reviewing your calls, and heading to a residential furnace that's been acting up; you diagnose cleanly, make the repair with quality parts from a well‑stocked truck, and move to a light commercial call where the right solution is a replacement-you explain options and provide a clear estimate; between calls, you keep notes tight, inventory accurate, and communication simple; by day's end, you've left systems running right and customers relieved-without a single pressure pitch.

Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:

• 5 years of HVAC repair & installation
• Valid driver's license
• Own tools
• Consistent first-call repair results
• Repair-first role; not a pure sales job (sales only if needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comfortable with texting and basic computer skills
• Ability to work, troubleshoot, and perform jobs with minimal supervision
• Flexible with hours - ready to stay late to finish when required
• Ability to work the occasional Saturday in peak season
