This role offers the opportunity to work across manufacturing, laboratory, and utility environments while driving reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.What you will get:Performance-related bonus.Medical, dental and vision insurance.401(k) matching plan.Life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability insurance.Employee assistance programs.Paid time off (PTO).Retirement options, where applicable.What you will doSupport and maintain OT systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, BAS/BMS, LIMS, LMS, and data historian platforms.Ensure OT systems remain reliable, secure, and compliant within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Maintain system architecture, asset inventories, configuration records, and technical documentation.Manage validated backup and recovery processes, including restoration testing and disaster recovery activities.Lead OT activities for equipment installations, upgrades, commissioning, and automation improvement projects.Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.Support cybersecurity, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and data integrity.What we are looking forBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting OT, automation, or manufacturing systems.Experience working within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other GMP-regulated environments preferred.Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial automation, and system integration principles.Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV), GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
