How You Will Make a Difference Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and comply with the Director of Nursing as required. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need To Make a Difference Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence. Current active CPR certification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
