Job PostingGeneral job duties. Types of procedures required.Patient care planning and delivery for acutely ill eating disorder patients. Observe/monitor patient bathroom use. IV's, blood transfusions and medication administration.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.EPIC charting, acu-dose, novastat strip glucose monitoringRequired skills and minimum years of experience.1 year previous psych experience, 2 years min RN experience.Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.BLS - Must be AHA. MOAB or CPI preferred, but not required. Active ND or compact state RN license.Shift or schedule requirements.Shifts will vary. Mix of 8 and 12 hour shifts with possibility of 4 hour shifts on occasion, D/PM/N, weekdays/weekends, depending on need. Employee will not work alone, no call required. 40 hours per week.Floating to over units/departments.NoBed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.Max of 8 inpatient beds.Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.1:4-5Dress code:Navy blue scrubs or business casual.Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.Would get on unit training/education regarding eating disorder specific treatment.
