Responsibilities
- Collect and document data relevant to the patient’s health or situation; analyze assessment data to identify care issues
- Develop a care plan with prescribed interventions to achieve measurable outcomes; implement and coordinate care delivery
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust the plan as needed; participate in discharge planning for continuity of care
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide safe, healing, and compassionate care
- Educate patients and family members; delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the healthcare team
- Ensure a safe environment, manage infusion therapies and IV access as indicated, and participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; CPR certification or BLS (HS-BLS or RQI-BLS) per AH policy required
- Education: BSN preferred
- Experience: Infusion nursing experience or related clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital infusion setting and participate in day-shift coverage
