At Cole Pediatric Therapy , you’ll design a schedule that works for you while serving children in an environment built on encouragement, compassion, and empowerment. Every session is an opportunity to help a child find their voice—and to feel fulfilled doing work that matters.

Location: 704 Longmire Rd., Suite #101 Conroe, TX 77304

Compensation & Scheduling

Pay Rates:
• $30 per 30-minute therapy session ($60/hour)
• $80 per evaluation
• Shift Differential:
– Saturday 3pm or later
– All day Sunday
→ Increased rate of $40 per 30-minute session ($80/hour)

Hours & Availability:
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need: After-school hours (3:00 PM–7:00 PM)
• Opportunity to grow into full-time availability

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Active Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
