Asset Management - Board Manager - Vice President

You are joining a team at the heart of Asset Management, where USBP acts as the trusted Administrator and fiduciary for the J.P. Morgan Fund complex, overseeing nearly 300 pooled vehicles and $1.8 trillion in assets under management.As a Board Manager within Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role as a member of the Board Management team within USBP, overseeing the relationships for five distinct Boards. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and collaborating across key functional areas, including Board Management, Product Development, Product Administration, Tax, and Business and Regulatory Controls. Your specific duties will focus on maintaining strong Board relationships, ensuring effective governance, and supporting the overall management of pooled vehicles.Job responsibilitiesAssist with the production of quarterly meeting materials for each Board/meeting, including quality control and timely delivery of materialsManage agendas and/or serving as the point of contact for certain BoardsMaintain follow-up lists to ensure actionable items from each Board meeting are completedAssist with annual contract renewal process pursuant to Section 15(c) of the Investment Company Act of 1940Manage logistical details for each Board meetingMonitor regulatory environment and partnering with Legal and Compliance to ensure changes are adequately addressed in Board meetings Coordinate annual Trustee and Officer questionnairesProvide support of the J.P.
