PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical 3 team, specializing in medical-surgical and oncology patient care . This full-time, night shift position (1830-0700) consists of three 12-hour shifts per week and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on high-quality patient care. Qualifications Current Washington State or Multistate RN License required by date of hire. American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required by date of hire. One year of RN experience required. What You'll Do Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs. Document patient care according to established standards. Direct and delegate care activities to appropriate team members. Maintain professional competency through ongoing education and development. Participate in quality improvement, safety, infection prevention, and departmental initiatives.
