Collections Coordinator

Job Opportunity
Pay Range: $17.54/hr - $22.54/hr
Requirements/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in collections or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- OIG/GSA and background screenings required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the collections process for resubmitting claims.
- Resubmit claims when no payment or denial is received.
- Work with the claims team to ensure proper corrections are made.
- Research claims to determine payment status and resolve issues.
- Identify trends within payers to find and resolve outstanding issues.
- Complete all actions related to write offs, resubmits, and communications.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and data management tools.
- Experience with claims processing and denial management.
Qualification And Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
