Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Transplant ICU Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 3rd Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required. License: Current Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact. Certifications: - American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider or an approved equivalent. - Advanced Cardiac Life Support for healthcare providers or an approved equivalent. Must-Have: NxStage CRRT experience, Trauma Level 1 experience. Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population. The role incorporates essential functions adapted from nursing standards of practice. Strong clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to the area of employment are required. Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice is necessary, typically acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.
