Kite Pharma in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Manager, R&D Quality Audits, Inspections and CAPA to partner on GCP/GVP quality oversight, audits, and CAPA management across R&D groups and vendors. You will lead internal and investigator site audits, support inspection readiness, develop CAPAs with cross-functional teams and help ensure compliance with Kite's QMS and regulatory requirements.
