Reconstruction Project Manager

Reconstruction Project ManagerPlan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Educate customers on processMaintain customer and client communicationsEnsure proper permits are acquiredCreate project schedule, timeline, and budgetIdentify and qualify subcontractors and resource providersNegotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clientsQualifications:Superb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:Exposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsCompensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
