Overall responsibilities for this role include monthly close tasks, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting. MonthlyClose Supportthe monthlyfinancialclose processthrough variance analysis and journalpreparation. Ownvariousclosetasks,suchascreationandupdateofreportingpackages and ad-hoc sales and cost analysis. Incorporate developing technological advancements into existing processes whilemaintainingfocus on process improvement. ReportingandFinancialAnalysis Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget, forecast, and prior year. Maintainathoroughunderstandingofthecompany’sfinancialperformance. GainexpertiseinDK’sreportingandaccountingsystemsandpolicies. Actasakeyresourcethroughouttheorganizationfordata,analyticsand insights. Overseedailysalesandweeklysalesreporting. Assist the Finance Manager and VP of Finance & Operations with commercial analysis and projects as required. Budgeting Assist in the preparation of the budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy through analytical review. SupportinthepreparationofthebudgetpackforpresentationtotheDKBoard. LiasewithUKfinancecolleaguesonkeydeliverables,includingintercompany purchasesandotherintercompanycharges. Qualifications 3+ years of business experience in a finance / accounting role or related analytical role. Publishing experience is preferred. Advance MS Excel skills are mandatory for this role. Must be able to easily manipulatelargevolumes ofdataanduseadvanced formulassuchas LOOKUPS,INDEX,MATCH, Pivottablesetc. Strongcommercial/technicalcapabilityandgeneralaccountingskills. Abilitytoanalyze,evaluateandclearlyreportfinancialdata. Abilitytocommunicatewithbothfinancialandnon-financialcolleagues. Provenabilitytoprioritizeandproactivelymanageownworkloadtotightdeadlines. The salary range for this position is $66,500 – $70,000, commensurate with experience. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
