Phlebotomist Part Time

Position Overview Job Title: Phlebotomist – Part Time Location: Family Medical Clinic, Castle Rock, CO 80104 Schedule: Part Time – 20 Hours Per Week; Monday - Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm; additional hours/days may be requested. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy certification or completed training program. Three months or more experience as a Phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards Certification or training must come from an accredited agency. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Incentive Program Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Benefits Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Employees on a 7 on / 7 off schedule are eligible to receive all benefits except PTO or FTO.
