Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - Orthopedic Location: Fallon, NV Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to provide locum tenens coverage in Fallon, Nevada. This is a hospital-based role offering 24-hour orthopedic coverage, including call, clinic, and surgical responsibilities. Compensation: $3195 Per Day Coverage Details 24-hour orthopedic coverage, including call Inpatient and outpatient clinic responsibilities Surgical coverage in a hospital setting General orthopedic surgery with a focus on adult patients and total joint procedures Ongoing need with 1–2 weeks of coverage per month Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Experience with general orthopedics and total joint procedures Active Nevada medical license or ability to obtain Comfortable practicing independently in a hospital-based setting Extras : Generous (above market) hourly rate per 24 hour shift All travel arrangements provided and booked by the group, on top of the per shift rate Med-mal and tail insurance covered Personal locums consultant to manage credentialing and scheduling shifts Fallon offers a close-knit community with a relaxed lifestyle, access to outdoor recreation, and proximity to Reno and Lake Tahoe.
