Now Hiring: Behavioral Caregiver

Highland Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Caregivers to join our team! If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with mental health needs, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Part-Time
Night Shift Differential: Earn an additional $2.00/hour for shifts worked between 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM .

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate care and supervision in accordance with Title 22 regulations.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication support.

• Support residents in achieving their individual care and treatment goals.

• Monitor resident well-being and report changes to the care team.

• Transport residents to appointments and community activities, as needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous caregiving or mental health experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of Title 22 regulations is a plus.

• Valid First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

• Valid California Driver's License (if driving is required).

• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance, TB screening, and health clearance.
