Verovian Nursing Agency is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiac/Neuro Telemetry to join our dedicated team. As a Cardiac/Neuro Telemetry RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiac and neurological conditions, utilizing telemetry technology to monitor heart rhythms and neurological changes.

Job Specification

Monitor and assess patients' cardiac and neurological statuses using telemetry equipment. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with diagnostic procedures. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Recognize and respond to abnormal heart rhythms, neurological changes, and other critical situations, providing immediate intervention when necessary. Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and ongoing care. Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Candidate Requirements

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. 2 years of nursing experience in telemetry, cardiac, or neuro settings. Proficiency in reading and interpreting telemetry strips. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications.
