Job Description

St. Peter's Catholic School in Olney Maryland is hiring a Technology Teacher for the 2026-27 school year.
This is a full time role and will report to the Principal.
The salary for this position is $50,000 with excellent benefits.

The Technology Teacher will be tasked with;

Teach technology and STEM-related courses to students in grades PreK–8.
Integrate innovative technology into classroom instruction.
Foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student learning.
Participate as a positive and contributing member of the school community.
Support the mission and values of Catholic education.

Qualifications

Valid teaching certification required.
Experience in STEM and/or technology education preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Creative, collaborative, and team-oriented approach to teaching.
Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.

Manage Devices + 1:1 Device Program
Setup + Manage all Staff and Student Gmail Accounts
Administrator for software programs
Online Textbooks + Online Accounts Manager
School Website Admin
Technology Instruction
Make Programs + Spreadsheets + Documents
Social Media Posts
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience

Teaching experience preferred. Must have a solid understanding of ADW Educational Technology Standards for educators, students, and administrators. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with adult learners.
