Reliability Engineering Manager – National Food Manufacturer

Our client, a leading family-owned food manufacturer with multiple U.S. production facilities, is hiring a Reliability Engineering Manager to lead their reliability engineering function and drive plant-wide continuous improvement.

You'll own equipment uptime, OEE, and maintenance cost reduction across a growing manufacturing network, leading a team of reliability engineers and partnering closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Plant leadership.

What you'll do:

• Manage 3 Reliability Engineers, along with outside vendors if needed
• Build and lead reliability improvement strategy across the plant
• Drive root cause analysis and failure mode investigations
• Partner with Maintenance on PM programs and schedules
• Own reliability metrics and continuous improvement project pipeline
• Develop training and progression paths for maintenance/reliability staff

What you bring:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering
• 10+ years in reliability engineering/industrial maintenance with Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM experience
• 5+ years leading maintenance or engineering teams
• 5+ years with industrial controls (Allen Bradley/Rockwell preferred)
• CMRP and/or CRE certification strongly preferred; LSSBB/LSSGB a plus
