Required Skills: Proven experience troubleshooting Macs and Chromebooks Ability to resolve mirroring issues to TV screens Proficiency in laptop replacement and hardware troubleshooting Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Nice to Have Skills: Basic knowledge of network configurations Familiarity with classroom AV equipment Experience working in educational environments Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or higher Prior experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting, especially in school settings Other Requirements: Must own a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel between schools in San Jose No mileage reimbursement available; travel is limited to one school per day as determined by the supervisor Start date: ASAP, next week Work hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, approximately 30-40 hours per week Duration: 4-8 weeks, with possibility for extension or conversion to permanent hire #J-18808-Ljbffr DeWinter Group
