Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children enrolled in early intervention programs, utilizing standardized tools to identify developmental delays and needs.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
\n
• Monitor client outcomes through regular follow-ups and documentation in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
\n
• Provide direct support to families, offering guidance, education, and resources that enhance their child's developmental journey.
\n
• Build and maintain rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
\n
• Adapt intervention strategies by employing evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with the Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Utilize coaching and natural environment teaching methods to bridge developmental activities into the family's daily routine.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, health, and safety standards for the protection of staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on children, particularly infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Our services are designed to support children's growth in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during this critical early development stage. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
