Responsibilities:
- Ensure orders arrive on time, are complete and of good quality
- Store products and log in accordance with facility standards
- Maintain food, beverage and paper storage areas, keeping organized, clean and up to health codes
- Rotate all product daily
- Assist Purchaser and Chef with daily assigned tasks
- Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils, keeping in clean and orderly condition
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Have effective communication skills
- Can lift 50 lbs or more
- Have knowledge of health department standards
